Because many people are trying to lose weight this time of year and find healthy but great meals to serve their families, I thought I would share this healthy low calorie recipe with you.
1 Pkg Chicken Breast, Cut into Strips and grilled or stir fried
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Bush's Black Beans (heated)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Ranch Dressing
Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
Cut and prepare salad. Add heated black beans. Add Chicken. Add a sprinkle or so of seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese and then dress with Ranch Dressing and then BBQ Sauce.

Oh what gorgeous colours in your freshly prepared chicken salad! We don't have the dressing here, in Greece, but I'm sure that's what makes all the difference!
