Spaghetti For 120 People

Have you ever needed to make a meal for a whole lot of people and needed it to be economical as well as really good?  This is a tried and true recipe for Spaghetti and it serves 120 people.  It comes from a dear friend of mine (Barbara Potter) and  it has been used by several youth groups for successful fundraisers many many times and it really is good. It is definitely the recipe I reach for when I need something easy and economical for a large group.  The best part is you can double or even triple it or more if you need.
Spaghetti For 120 People

10 - 15 lbs Hamburger
9 Cans Tomato Sauce (Regular Size Cans)
2 lg Cans Tomato Juice
6 Pkgs Spaghetti Sauce Mix
3 32 oz. Ragu Spaghetti Sauce
2 lg Onions, Chopped
4 C. Mushrooms
2 Cloves Garlic
Spaghetti Noodles
2 T Oil (Optional)

Brown and drain hamburger.  Add tomato sauce, tomato juice, Ragu Saghetti Sauce, Spaghetti Sauce Mix, Chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms.  Allow to simmer 15 minutes.  In another pan boil water with 2 T Oil added and 1 t Salt.  After water comes to a boil add spaghetti noodles and cook until soft.  Drain and rinse in cold water then serve spaghetti sauce over pasta (Can be mixed as pictured in photo above.)
