I love to take baths. I especially love to take a bath when I am stressed out or really sore. As I have moved farther into my 40's I find that I get sore much easier than ever before. When I ask those who are older than me, they usually laugh and say welcome to your 40's (soon to be 50's) I found this really cute blog called Little Birdie Secrets (written by two friends) that had a tutorial on making cupcake bath bombs (they are so cute!) I have been seeing lots of cupcakes everywhere. Traditional cupcakes aren't too good for the figure or the soreness but this one is calorie free and what fun to toss in a cupcake when I soak my weary and sore muscles. I bet it can really go a long way to relieving stress just because it makes me smile. I wrote to Little Birdie Secrets and got permission to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

(some of my older friends swear by hot tubs for soreness) :)
