Very Vanilla Custard Pie

Yummy Recipe for Very Vanilla Custard Pie

This very vanilla custard pie recipe is a great quick and easy comfort food recipe to blend up in the blender.  It settles into it's own layers complete with a crust and topping.

4 Eggs
2 C Milk
2 Slices Bread Crumbled
1/4 C Butter
1/4 C Sugar
2 t. Vanilla
1 1/2 t Vanilla Butter Nut Flavoring. (Can use Vanilla, Butter, and Nut flavoring individually if needed)
Coconut Oil
1 t. Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350°.  Place all ingredients in blender except nutmeg.  Blend 3 minutes.  Pour into 12 inch pie plate that has been coated with coconut oil.  Sprinkle with nutmeg.  Let stand for 5 minutes.  Bake 40 minutes or until set.  Chill.  This is great for breakfast, brunch, or even lunch.  My family loves to eat this any time of day.
