1 8 oz Pkg Thin Spaghetti Noodles
1 lb. Philadelphia Style Beef
4 - 5 Green Onion Scallions, sliced
1 Can Mushrooms
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
1 T Butter or Oil
2 Pkgs Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/2 C. Water
Salt & Pepper
Salt & Pepper
Cook spaghetti in boiling water. In a saucepan, brown the beef, onion, green pepper and mushrooms with butter or oil. Cook until meat is browned and onion cooked. Drain the meat mixture. Add 2 pkgs Brown Gravy Mix and 2 C. Water to meat mix. Stir over heat until thickened. Combine meat mix with cooked spaghetti noodles. Salt and Pepper to taste. Serve warm.
