1 3 oz. Box Strawberry Jello (made as per instructions still in liquid form)
Fresh Strawberries (cleaned and Sliced)
1 Can ReddiWhip Whipped Cream
* You can substitute low sugar diet Jello, & Low Fat Whipped Cream to make a dieters dream!
*A different flavor of Jello and different fruit can be substituted.
Press Cake into jello mold (In one piece) Poke holes in bottom of cake with a fork. Mix jello as per instructions on the box. Pour jello over bottom of cake. Cover with jello mold lid. Refrigerate until jello is set. Remove from refrigerator. Invert cake onto a platter and remove mold (it should slide out easily.) If you are taking this to a function then you can fill the middle with strawberries and top with Reddi Whip Whipped Cream. (I never bring any back home so no worries about it getting soggy.) If you are serving at home then add strawberries and whipped cream as served.
