Vintage & Rustic Beauty in Texas

I just got back from the hill country in Texas and I thought I would share some of the beautiful vintage and rustic sights from Fredricksburg.

Fredricksburg, Texas is a delightful place to visit.

Everywhere I looked I could see the very refined things paired with the very rustic.

Like vintage lace with stone or rod iron

I love to do this same kind of thing in my own house.

Notice how nice these refined white vintage pieces look against the rustic brick

I don't even know where to begin on this gorgeous ceiling and rod iron stairway.

I loved this courtyard.

I could just imagine someone sitting and drinking southern sweet tea here.

Look how beautiful this crossvine is on this old stairway. And the color of the stairway is one of my favorites.

I would absolutely love a beautiful gate like this one in my garden.

As you can see there is a distinct look down in Texas

It is a look that I really feel comfortable with and enjoy.

I love visiting this part of Texas especially when the beautiful spring flowers are in bloom.

Until Next Time

Your post made me want to go on a road trip. The wildflowers in Texas are so beautiful-
(I live in South Texas).
I enjoyed visiting,

What a gorgeous place! I know there are quite a lot of home decor stores that are always mentioned in magazine in that town.

Just found your blogs. Love your photos. Just to let you know I have been to Seymour - as I once lived outside of Thalia (years ago).
