Announcing The Giveaway Winner

We have a winner . . .
The winner of our Spring Cake plate Giveaway is . . .
Be sure to go over to her gorgeous blog and congratulate her!
Blessings to you Lona!

I stepped out my front door and saw this beauty. It was so pretty, I just had to grab my camera and snap a shot which led to another . . .

With all the weather extremes this little beauty isn't sure she wants to show her face just yet which is OK because God is still blessing us with her beauty. . .

These little johnny jump ups smile no matter how cold and blustery it gets. . .

They bloomed through the entire winter even the blizzard of Christmas Eve. Who would have dreamed that God could create such a beautiful blessing of a flower. So delicate yet so strong at the same time . . .

We had a freeze this past weekend and I am so thankful that it did not get all my peach and plum blossoms. Their fruit is a huge blessing to me and all my friends and neighbors who get to enjoy their bounty. . .

I can almost taste those juicy white faced peaches already . . .

In the mean time I will enjoy their beautiful blossoms. . .

I love how pretty they are against the beautiful blue sky!

I also love how they look so delicate and girly . . .

I am also thankful there will be my favorite Elberta peaches too. I love eating these right off the tree.

The dark plums off this tree make the best plum jam you ever tasted and look at how beautiful those white blossoms are. . .

Looks like this little sedum is ready to peek out for Spring. I hope you are having a lovely spring. Remember to look all around because there are blessings everywhere.
Until Next Time
Debbie

Congratulations to the winner!

Your outdoor shots are so pretty. Looks like you really have spring happening there. Even though we had snow just 5 days ago, it is happening here too. I can see hostas peeking out of the ground. It's so much fun!

Congratulations, Lona!
Those Peach and Plum flowers look divine. God feeds beauty in everything in our lives. He seems to have fed the flowers with extra beauty along with a dash of shyness.

The peach trees are beautiful; I can hardly wait for some of Parker County peaches!

What really caught my eye was that pick-up. For years I've wanted an old beat-up truck (but it needs to run good - I've put in my time stranded at the side of the road). A beautiful vintage truck (from the 1940s-50s) would be great, but what I really want is something that I can drive out in the pasture or haul gravel in; that kind of thing.

And I fantasize about driving up to some swanky tea room in that old truck and getting out of it dressed up to beat the band.

Well, it beats longing for a Rolls Royce, because that's never going to happen!
