EEEEK What Happened To My Hair????

I have always had pretty great hair. That has always been one part that I could always count on looking good. It has always been shiny, with just enough body to get it to do what I wanted but not so much that I couldn't let it be straight. Lately though, I have noticed that it doesn't do great quite so easily. I had to finally start coloring it and I am sure that is part of my problem as I have never been one to over process my hair. What is a girl to do? I have tried many shampoos & conditioners because it seems like my hair will do alright with one for a while & suddenly one day I have to switch because it suddenly doesn't respond well to the current favorite. Now, I require that my hair care products leave my hair shiny, soft & smelling good. I happened upon L'oreal Vive Pro & it the romance was on. First I tried the one in the orange bottle: L'oreal Vive Pro for colored hair, then I tried several of the others. They are great! They are economical, & they do just what the label says. There is one for fine, thin, limp hair, one for body, one for glossy shine, moisture, you name it they have it & I absolutely love what they do for my hair. The two pictured are my personal favorites. They leave my hair shiny, soft, & they smell really good.

I stumbled on your blog and had to laugh! I JUST this morning used that Shampoo and conditioner. I found them on sale at Big Lots and took a chance. I'll need to go back and get some more. Happy New Year from Houston!

I will have to try the shampoo. Thanks for stopping by today.... You can come any day and yes, let the spring come.

I usually keep two shampoos in the shower and alternate. It seems like I need one that is for my straight limp hair and one that is a deep cleaning shampoo. I think that some of them seem to make my hair too soft after awhile.

Hi, Debbie. Thanks for stopping by my blog. So glad you did.
This happens to be the very conditioner I'm using right now and it's great. I usually use Nexxus Humectress but it's a bit pricey for me at this moment. The Vive Pro is really good.

Debbie,

I could have written this post! That is why I gave the orange bottle, Vive Pro hydra gloss shampoo and conditioner a go. I have always had thick and shiny hair. I started coloring some years ago and over time some of the shine has gone. I refuse to over process and have considered letting that silver :-) that is coming in just be my color and with the exception of a rinse to brighten it until I am mostly silver, just not color at all. About that time I stumbled onto your blog and Voila! Vive Pro. I really like this shampoo and condition... far better than any of the pricey ones I have tried. Thanks!!! And keep beauty blogging, I have gotten good things out of other posts you have done as well.
